| We require a 50% deposit to place
an order. The balance is due prior to shipping from our
workshop in Carrara, Italy.
Payment is due by corporate or personal
check, or electronic bank transfer. We no longer accept
credit cards.
We will e-mail to you workshop photos of
the completed project and, if requested, progress photos.
We will also provide photos of the packed crates and containers
to help guide the uncrating.
We guarantee delivering the highest
quality marble and craftsmanship, executed exactly to
your specifications. Goods damaged due to our negligence
will be replaced at our cost. However, nature, not us,
is responsible for irregularities of color, texture, voids,
etc.

| Our quotations include delivery
to your site, or your dock, and customs and all fees paid.
If no lifting equipment is available at
the delivery address, liftgate service must be specified
prior to shipping.
We will quote either ocean freight or airfreight,
whichever is lowest.
Our airfreight service is economical up
to about a ton gross weight to most US locations, and
usually costs less than $2/lb, including customs and all
fees.
Airfreight delivery time averages
10 - 14 days from leaving our workshop. Ocean freight
delivery time is 6 - 12 weeks.
